Position Details:
Independent agent Sales: Use a consumer-centric, consultative selling approach to align our consumers’ healthcare needs with appropriate products from Generalcover Insurance portfolio. Work independently to achieve sales goals to maximize your growth. Model a high level of professionalism and integrity with every consumer phone interaction.

Required Skills
-Responsible for brokering health insurance sales on behalf of multiple major insurance carriers in multiple states - Handles various incoming sales-focused phone calls and assists the consumer in comparing and buying the best product - Resolves customer questions, complaints and inquiries in a professional, helpful manner - Promotes and sells client products and services by emphasizing product features aligned to the consumer’s needs - Utilizes computer system and on-line tools to verify and document consumer applications - Continually improves knowledge of company services and products - Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for this position. Must demonstrate the ability to read, speak, and write in Spanish.
Required Experience
Minimum Education and Experience: - Must have an active Resident State Life & Health or Health only License - 1-2 years’ previous sales experience desired - Phone-related sales a major plus - Ability to use phone and computer systems.
